Order Status explanation
Please read these explanations of item and order statuses as provided by High Tech Bridge, Inc:
New
The order for this item has been submitted but has not been processed by our accounting department as of yet. The processing and approval of the order may take anywhere from a few minutes to up to 8 business hours. The order is cancelable without any penalty while the status of all items in an order is New. Submission of the order does not guarantee its fulfillment nor acceptance by High Tech Bridge, Inc. Order fulfillment is subject to product availability at the time the order is processed.
On Hold
The order has been placed on Hold and will not be processed further until the customer payment information can be corrected. Customers are urged to contact High Tech Bridge, Inc Customer Service at their earliest convenience to resolve the reason for the hold. In the event that the issue can not be resolved quickly, High Tech Bridge, Inc reserves the right to refuse and cancel the order without further explanation.
Processed
The order for this item has been processed by internal High Tech Bridge, Inc staff. The item validity, availability and payment verification have been performed. Order has been fully or partially forwarded to fulfillment department and is being prepared for shipment to customer. The order can be cancelled only with an applicable re-stocking fee penalty.
Backordered
This product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from our supplier, but have not received an exact date yet as to when we will receive this product. We will update you on the status of your order via email as the information becomes known. You may request that the order be cancelled without penalty. The request will be honored as long as the item has not been physically shipped from our warehouse to a customer destination. Request for cancellation does not constitute an actual cancellation until a confirmation email is sent to customer confirming that the order has indeed been cancelled.
Shipped
The ordered product has been shipped to the customer in the quantity ordered. Your method of payment has been accepted and the transfer of funds to High Tech Bridge, Inc has occurred. The order is not cancelable at this point.
Cancelled
The product or entire order has been cancelled by either the customer (if previous status was New) or by High Tech Bridge, Inc. If any funds were received for such order by High Tech Bridge, Inc, they shall be refunded via the same method of payment with 48 business hours from the time status changed to cancelled.
Cancel Requested
The customer has requested that an order previously on Backorder be cancelled. The request for order cancellation does not constitute actual cancellation and merely serves as an alert to High Tech Bridge, Inc that customer no longer wishes to continue on with the order due to the length of time it will take to receive a backordered item.
RMA Requested
The customer has requested that an ordered item be returned for full or partial refund. The request for order return does not constitute actual refund nor eligibility for any portion of a refund.
RMA Issued
The request for a return of a product has been deemed eligible and RMA number has been assigned to the item to be returned. The RMA instructions have been communicated to the customer and return is expected within 21 days of RMA issuance.
Returned
The customer has returned the product based on the RMA instructions. The returned item has been inspected and appropriate credit has been issued.
High Tech Bridge, Inc does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
For quicker delivery High Tech Bridge, Inc ships from multiple warehouses and will use the warehouse closest to your location, pending the availability of the product at that location. We reserve the right to ship each item as soon as it is ready, rather than wait for every item in the order to be available. This may require additional shipping fees about which you will be informed and consulted.
