The following are answers to some of the more frequently asked Questions, based on our Customer Service archives. If you do not find an answer to your particular question, please also check our official policies or contact our Customer Service at Customer Support.
- I got the notification that my item has shipped but there is no tracking information. Why is the tracking info missing and how can I find out when my order will arrive?
- Your website says that my order# XXXX has "shipped". However, there is no tracking number and the ship date is 1/1/1900. Can I get the most up-to-date information on my order?
- I have made two separate purchases on High Tech Bridge, Inc today. Can you combine them into one, if it will save me money on shipping and handling charges?
- I just noticed that the Ship-to address has some discrepancies. Is it possible to correct it so that I may receive my package?
I placed an Order on your site on Friday afternoon. It’s now Monday morning and my order does not show as shipped.

For any questions regarding shipment of your order, feel free to contact High Tech Bridge, Inc Customer Support during the regular Business hours. Tracking information is made available as soon as it is provided by the Freight Carrier.

If you have made several orders within a small span of time, please contact High Tech Bridge, Inc Customer Service to request combining the orders into a single order. This will save you the additional handling fee and may save you a small amount of shipping fee. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Per our Shipping policy, we will process and ship your order the next business day. If your order was received after 3 PM CST on a Friday, it will be processed next Monday (or Tuesday, if Monday falls on a holiday).

What is an ARS tag?
An ARS tag is a pre-paid shipping tag that we may send out to your address, if the product you received is not the one you specified on your order. Please use this tag instead of paying for returning the incorrect product.

Since High Tech Bridge, Inc typically does not refund shipping, our system will indicate refund for the product and not the shipment. If you are returning the product using the ARS tag, please be aware that you will receive credit for the original shipment once the return process is complete.

Does your site offer FREE SHIPPING?
We do not currently offer FREE SHIPPING on any products.

Why is your site’s shipping more expensive compared to other web sites?
We do not subsidize shipping costs nor hide them within the cost of a product. All shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, freight carrier and method of shipping. Shipping cost may also include Fuel surcharge (charged by Freight Carriers due to fluctuating fuel costs), Required Signature fee, to protect you from unauthorized use of your credit card and a small Handling fee for processing your order.

I recently ordered a product from your web site but did not receive order confirmation. Has my order shipped? How can I find out the status?
Please contact High Tech Bridge, Inc Customer Service regarding your order. It may be that you never completed all the steps required in the Check-out process and thus the order may not exist.

Do you offer overnight delivery service? I did not see it as an option when ordering online.
Overnight delivery service is available on case by case basis and may be requested by contacting High Tech Bridge, Inc Customer Service department prior to order shipment.

Is there any way to find out the shipping/handling fee for the product I want to order before giving you my credit card information?
While we do require that you specify your information prior to getting to the Shipping options page, there is a way you may check the cost of shipping without ever establishing an account with High Tech Bridge, Inc. Please follow a link to any product we currently stock. As you can see from the product details page, it has two buttons. One of the buttons (on the right) says "Calculate Shipping". If you click on this button, you will be taken to another screen that will prompt you for your Zip code and once you provide a valid zip code, will give you all available shipping options and their costs. This option is available for every single item we sell and was created specifically to address this type of concern.

Do you ship to military installations (APOs) domestically or overseas?
We do ship to domestic US military installations, however, we do not ship to any international military installations.

I see that you are located in IL. Can I come to your location to pick-up the item so that I may save on shipping charges?
While High Tech Bridge, Inc has its headquarters and operates its Customer Service center from Northbrook, IL, we do not currently have a storefront location where you may be able to pick-up your ordered product.

Do you ship to PO Box location?
Due to high amount of fraud cases involving PO Box deliveries, we no longer accept orders being shipped to any P.O. Box.
