The following are answers to some of the more frequently asked Questions, based on our Customer Service archives. If you do not find an answer to your particular question, please also check our official policies or contact our Customer Service at Customer Support.

  1. Are you an authorized re-seller for the XYZ manufacturer?
    All products sold at High Tech Bridge, Inc have been authorized to be sold by the product manufacturer, explicitly or implicitly.

  2. Do you offer add-on warranties for the products you sell?
    All products sold at High Tech Bridge, Inc come with a limited Manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranty may be purchased separately and varies depending on the individual product.

  3. I am looking for a product XYZ and I would like to purchase it from your store, but I don't see it. Do you carry this product?
    High Tech Bridge, Inc is authorized to carry tens of thousands of Consumer Electronics and Computer related products. Some of the products may become out of date or replaced by newer models and will be removed from our published web pages, while others are new products expected into our warehouses in a very near future. Please contact our Customer Support for a specific product you are looking for.

  4. I was very impressed with your product selection, prices and service. Is there any way I can leave my comments regarding my shopping experience at High Tech Bridge, Inc?
    Unlike other companies, we do not publish our customers’ comments directly on our site, as these tend to be rather one-sided. Instead, we recommend you visit companies such as Shopping.com, Epinions.com, ResellerRatings.com and others to see what our existing customers think of our products and service.

  5. Please delete my account or tell me how I can delete it.
    Accounts may only be closed by request via email from same email address as the one specified in our system, or by calling our toll-free Customer Service number and confirming the information on the account. If you have not made any purchases from High Tech Bridge, Inc in the past 180 days, all of you information will be permanently removed. Otherwise, we will remove all information that is not required to support our Return policy.

    We may be able to offer bulk discounts on certain items. Please inquire with Customer Service regarding a specific quote.

    As a matter of policy we do not accept personal nor company checks at this time, as we would need to receive payment in advance and wait for check to clear before allocating an item towards an order. This is potentially a multi-day process and we cannot guarantee product availability by the time the money has been cleared into our bank account.

  10. Can you tell me why you charged tax on my order? Where are you located?
    High Tech Bridge, Inc is incorporated and operates from Northbrook, IL. Any orders being shipped to an IL address are therefore subject to current IL sales tax.

  11. We are a business located in IL, with a tax-exempt status. How do we get IL sales tax removed from our bill?
    We do allow for tax-exempt entity purchases. Please fax your documents to . Once you place your order with High Tech Bridge, Inc we will verify your information and modify your Order with credit on your purchase for the tax that you may incur.
